What is Pixel Painters? Pixel Painters is a design subscription service exclusively for churches and ministries. We provide unlimited custom graphic design created by professional Christian designers who have served on staff at churches as communication directors and designers. Who do you serve? We exclusively work with churches, ministries, and parachurch organizations. Do you create logos? Yes, we can create a ministry logo and branding package. We ask for a minimum 6-month commitment for logo projects. Can I sign up for a single month only? We're looking for churches that want an ongoing partnership. It takes us 3–4 months to break even at our pricing. Is it really a 14-day refund guarantee? Yes! If you're not happy for any reason in the first two weeks, we'll give you back 100% with no questions. Do you offer yearly discounts? Yearly subscriptions get one month free. Sermon series graphics, worship slides, event graphics, social media posts, flyers, business cards, signage, apparel, year-end reports, logos, bumper videos, websites, and more. How fast do you all work? We work Mon–Fri, 8–4pm EST. Typical turnaround is 2-3 business days and we usually complete one design/revision cycle per business day. Can I pause my subscription? Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months per year. Billing stops while you are paused, and we keep your design queue and brand assets safe the whole time, so you can pick up right where you left off. Can I get source files for my projects? Source file access is included with the Unlimited Graphics PRO plan ($590/month).
